Evo, formerly Yamatetsu, has a long and sordid history, complete with drama, backstabbing, and backroom maneuvers, leading all the way back to its founding in 2007. It attained AAA status within a decade of its founding, a tribute to the ruthlessness and tenacity of its founders. After its visionary founder, Tadamako Shibanokuji, passed away, Yamatetsu experienced a division in its leadership that ended with a massive restructuring. This restructuring resulted in the megacorporation moving its headquarters from Japan to Russia, and changing its name to Evo Corporation.
Evo has since established itself as the largest corporation in Russia, and its new CEO, Yuri Shibanokuji, has led the corporation into a new era of success and prosperity.
